TurfFIT: 30 Day Squat Challenge

 

Our TurfFIT series has proved, to be fit, you don’t need an expensive gym membership or spend hours a day working out. Contributors of our series have provided insights into ways to begin adding or even elevating your current fitness plan under the demanding lifestyle of a turf manager.

TurfFIT presents the 30 Day Squat Challenge. No gym membership required. Just you, the floor beneath you and some determination.  We encourage you to print the calendar and put it in your shop. Get your crews involved. Begin your day or take two mins at a break or lunch to knock your squats out.

Can I challenge my friends?

Yes! We encourage you to send this to friends. Print the calendar and put it in your break room to encourage your crew. As Dr. Brandenburg shared in his last video, having a partner will make you accountable.
